You can return your order up to 14 days after the receipt of your order. All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are NOT in this condition. FINAL SALE, ARCHIVE AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.

Return guidelines

We take care of all returns. Only items in their original packaging, with the tags on and without any sign of wear, will be accepted. Contact us at [email protected] to get a return label. If you have received several packages, please specify the number of packages that you want to return as well as the content of the items. We will then send you the return label that needs to be attached to the packaging. You can go to your closest post office to send back the package.

Please note that you will have to pay for the return.

Refund

upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any damage and begin the refund process within 7 business days. The refund will be made through the original payment method. Please note that shipping is not refunded and that applicable sales taxes and customs might be deductible from the refunded amount.

Shipping & Duties

We refund all purchases returned but the original shipping and/or duties costs associated with that purchase will not be part of the refund. If you order from outside of the US, you will also be charged for duties to be paid to return the item( s) to us. We will deduce those duty costs from the amount due for the refund, as well as any other applicable sales taxes or customs.
